24/7 SUMMER in MALAYSIA
Theoretically, the weather in Malaysia can be as high as 34 degree Celsius. No joke. I'm that type of person that sweat a lot even in air-conditioned room. lol. Imagine when school's air-cons ain't even cooling and keeps break down, if you're wearing long sleeve sweater and jeans or jogger pants, you will be experiencing a natural 'sauna'. So, to it's kinda a thing for all Malaysians students to prefer wearing shorts to college. That will be less burden for ourselves. Sometimes, we just like being comfortable being own self. 'We do not wear to please others, but ourselves'. In my post today, I'll be sharing three tips of mine on how I survived during the hot killing weather. First tip to survive hot killing weather in Malaysia, WEAR SHORTS!
Second tip, drink a lot of water. It's very important to drink 8 glasses of water per day to rehydrate your body. When the weather is hotter, one should consume more water to prevent symptoms like dehydration. Drinking plenty of water can also helps in improving skin condition- skin will eventually look radiant glow !
But remember to drink more only during the morning and noon, reduce consumption of too much water during the night if you don't want to wake up having puffy round face hahaha!
So, it happens to be I'm always carrying a big bottle of water which is helpful but at the same time inconvenient.
Last tip of mine, apply appropriate sunblock. I know that most guys do not like applying stuffs on their face and they think that it's a girlish act. However, it's very important for everyone to apply sunblock in order to protect your skin from the harmful UV rays. I'm using the nature republic mild sun block which I bought from HERMO!
That's all for my post today! Hope you enjoy my post and stay tuned for upcoming posts heh;)
